On 5th October 2007 Mr. Rohit called me at Bandra Stataion for giving me my new sim card (I wanted to change to Billingform Prepaid). He gave me mob. no. 9987406841 & asked me to call on this no. whenever i reach Bandra station & his delivery boy will give me the card within 5min. since all the formalities had been already completed. But when i reached Bandra station @5.30pm, i kept on trying on the above no. for more than one hour either the calls were disconnected or were not even picked up.
I am very disappointed with AIRTEL customer care services.
Airtel wake up before it is too late.
