Sub- Not acceptance of hand free at your customer care-Pune Satara Road.
I have purchased a Nokia N72, Serial No 3562950154252, Invoice no-LC/095/07120080043/0483 model on 5-08-2007 from a local vendor in Delhi. But soon the phone got the problem and its hand free was not working properly. So I had submitted the phone in Delhi Green Park Customer Care. And after some days it was retuned to me. But the hand free problem remained the same. The customer care executive asked me changed the hand free, but that time I got the a new job in Pune so in the shifting and other time problem I decided to get it done in Pune.
But, when I visited your customer care in Pune Satara Road, they refused to accept the hand free and talked rudely. Even on producing the original bill they said the the bill in not competed as it does not have VAT or CST no.
I have no idea what is in written in the bill, but with that bill I had submitted once the mobile. If mobile can be submitted with that bill then why not hand free can be replaced.
The product is under warranty, and its you(nokia) had provided the faulty product.
Please suggest, what to do.?????
