My Vehicle Started giving me tyre problems as soon as it was brought into operation. On detailed Examination, i found that TATA is using some Chines Make Low quality tyres. On complaining, they called my vehicle for examination. Without Examining it, they concluded that there was no Problem, this was the first time they wasted my time & this was also start of My harresment, since i complaint against there Low quality tyres. Also on that this first visit, they were more conceren about the other Parts of the Body of my truck.
On contacting the so called Serior People in TML(Even the CEO), the next day I received a call from GM, Bafna Motors, Mr. Mukesk Dixit, that an unconditional change of my Tyres to any brand selected by me, has been sanctioned.I sent my Vehicle immediately. This was followed by complete day hassel. Finally my Tyres were changed to Ceat (5) & Apolo (2). But just As my vehicle was about to leave the service station, it was stopped & i was told that the vehicle will be released next day.
Next day i was told no such sanction was made, and there was a communication failiure. When the CEO was contacted (After repeated efforts), he told me that only a change to Same make Chaina Tyres was sanctioned & he will get back to me on the issue, which he never did.
Finally to my surprise, after wasting another full day all my old tyres were put back again saying the found no problem in them. Infact i had to fight hard to even get only one Punchured tube replaced.

Solution of your complaintFirstly, TML should stop selling low quality tyres with their vehicles & Do a ground reality test if actually the tyres are good enough & are the costomers happy with it, which TML claim are. Then if a customer dares to go against them, they should not harres him as bad as they did to me. If they do, they must compensate for it. JUST CAHNGE ALL TYRES OF MY VEHICLE TO A REPUTED MAKE 
ActionThey should be penalised & must compensate to all my commertial losses & mental harresment
