i purchased honda activa (number is- Pb 10 bx 6526) in nov 2006 from sarvpriya honda agency, located near ansal plaza in ludhiana. the day i took my activa, after reaching at home i saw that there was a cut on the seat. i complained about it to mr. ravi that time only. but he totaly refused and said that i must had made that cut and nobody took it seriously. second time when i got my activa service done they didnot do it well. within 8 months i got its service done so many times. major problem is that last month in september i noticed that my activa stopped working selfstart. every time i used to kick it then only it starts. i went to agency got it checked they there must be any problem with the battery but they did not replaced it they done the service and charged my 464/- Rs. but still problem was there. after 2-3 days and day before i again went to agency they again they did the service and charged me 110/- Rs. but still its not working. this is really very bad about the company that they provide this poor service even i was about to perchase new vehicle. but now i wud not go for any of ur product , rather i wud tell others hundreds of people to not to take ur products.

u know better what wud be the best solution of this , what i want my activa to be working well. hope u will do needful and revert me back very soon.
