Nokia has been a cell phone brand i have always been proud to own... until my recent experience with my new mobile 6300. I upgraded my mobile from 1 mega pixel nokia phone to 2 mega pixel expecting good results. Unfortunately the camera is not producing 2 mega pixel quality digitals. Infact it is worst than a VGA. I approached Nokia care center in Gurgaon on June 18th with my problem. The phone was given for repair. However when i went to collect... there was no change in the picture quality. One good thing i did was at the time of submitting the phone i took a digital of the customer care office and when the phone was returned back to me, i again took the same digital. Beleive me there was no difference at all. Nothing was repaired. As i had the digitals on my memory card, the customer care people had nothing to say but to take it back for rechecking. I was again called to collect my phone and the results had not changed forget about improvement. The customer care executives were forcing me to take the set back but i was adamant that untill my problem is solved i am not taking the set. Infact i requested them to introduce me to a senior manager so that i can discuss the problem. But they did not share any information. they simply told me to log on to the nokia website. Further they confirmed that the problem on the phone cannot be corrcted and hence the phone will be sent to the the head office in Okhla new delhi, and a representative will contact me. Since then my phone has been lying at the customer care center. not even one call from their end has been received. When they are confirming that the problem cannot be corrceted so WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR FAILED TECHNOLOGY

Solution of your complaintPreferred option: I need my Money back Last option: A new phone (modle other than 6300) to be given in exchange of rejected set  
ActionIf my problem is not solved i will take help of consumer court, also i will discourage people to trust Nokia for its technology and most importantly service. The company should never forget that every ONE adds up to make a Million, which makes EVERYONE special.
