Dear Sirs

I bought an Invertor Battery (HA150C, S.No. F0917870) from your authorised dealers- Complete Power Solutions at Faridabad on December 11 2006 (Bill No. 713).
This battery was not functioning properly and we contacted the aforesaid dealer on October 6 2007 . The battery was inspected by the Dealers representative on the same day and we were informed that the battery was defective and shall be replaced under warranty. He filed a report (using my telephone) on that day itself. Report no. is 79209

A representative from Su-Kam inspected this battery on October 8 2007 and confirmed that the battery shall be replaced. He further confirmed that the battery shall be replaced on October 9 2007

However, till date the battery has not been replaced and we have been hearing vague answers from your Faridabad office as to when this battery shall be replaced. We are being informed that the battery is not in stock and they are not sure when they shall receive additional stock

It may be appreciated that power situation in Faridabad is not good and we are facing a tough time due to frequent power cuts. The battery support is negligible at the moment. I am tempted to buy a new battery, but I am sure I deserve support from you

It is not my fault that I invested my trust in your company. My previous battery was an Exide that served me for 3.5 years. I appreciate that manufacturing defects do occur on occasions but then, the correct thing is to attend to the same promptly rather than show reluctance towards the same.

I am very disappointed with the support that I am receiving from your company and would highly appreciate if you intervene and provide me the replacement that i require urgently
