My mobile is a piece of junk- a defective substandard piece. it broke down 3 times in Sept 07 for which i had to give it your service agent at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. each time it was repaired it developed the same malfunctioning within a span of week The agent would not disclose address or telephone no of Nokia.. I want to take nokia to the consumer court for selling defective products and lack of transparency. Nokia is refusing to replace the defective set and i am facing the harrassment due to frequent breakdown and repair.
