The TV in question was purchased for Rs 55000/-We told Krishnan-head mktg how we have not got a good reception....We bought another inexpensive TV to prove the pd performance..woes continued and every month or 2 our TV is with their blessings not performing,I have dates of complaint ,action takenand the outcome..lax is the word.
We tried contacting their PR agency and even from 11 Oct the TV is an empty box-I have had to face Sanjay coming at odd hours on days very much after the sch.appt.Consumer is at the recieving end...please penalise this company with strictest punishment and award an order never to be ignored
