I purchased a Cingular 875 wireless card for my computer with a promised coverage area for braodband 3g speed. I travel to various cities around the San Francisco bay area and the card crawls anguishly slow. Verizon offered a 30 day free trial for their compatible product and it works so much better. I contacted Cingular and explained that I needed to terminate my contract with them due to the poor performance of thier product and they will not waive the $175.00 early termination fee. My time is worth something and I have lost far more than the lousy $175.00 in communication down time. SO I am moving on and will slowly but surely switch other services over to Verizon when my other Cingular contracts expire. 

Solution of your complaintThey offered to let me talk to their tech dept. but after experiencing the improved perfomance of the Verizon card, I have no interest in digressing backwards. 
ActionAvoid Cingular products in the future.
