I am attaching my letter to Nokia to address which was pasted on the carton in which my handset was delivered to me, which tell you the entire history of my harassment. I failed to find any address of Nokia in any printed document of Nokia... Nokias service agent stubbornly refused to give me Nokias address. I have not received any response to my letter. Nokia serivce agnet told me that they have repaired the handset ( 3th time in four weeks!) and that they had not received any instruction from Nokia regarding replacement... in short they would like me to take back the same hand set which had broken down 3 times within a span of a few days of each repair!! I only hope you undrstand my frustration with Nokias defective product and Nokias total lack of transparency and ethics. I simply want my money back.. and i will never have anything to do with Nokia or its products

Defective Moblie Hand Set Model N73- Music Black : IMEI 353641019091234
I purchased the above hand set from your Nokia Priority Dealer at Thane, Maharashtra on 27.05.2007 and ever since then , I have been subjected to inconvenience due to frequent malfunctioning of the same and harassment in the hand of your service agent in Vashi, Sector-17.
In early September 07 the mobile set started giving trouble and its functions got locked and it became impossible to redial or dial from contact list and finally the set stopped functioning at all. I took it to your Service Agent in Vashi, Sector-17, Navi Mumbai who managed to somehow repair the set
Within a week the hand set developed similar troubles and started malfunctioning…I took it to the same Service Agent, a copy of the Job sheet is enclosed for your information. This time at my insistence they gave me a standby by Nokia set which was only a junk. The stand by set was defective and kept getting switched off during dialing. The set was some how repaired and returned back to me… but that was not the end of my troubles in the hand of Nokia
Within a few days the Nokia hand set again broke down with similar problems. I had to take it to your service agent for the third time in two weeks. In the mean time my business and profession is suffering and I am subjected to enormous mental strain in absence of a proper mobile set which is vital for my job and personal life.
I would like to advise you that I am not prepared to take this kind of harassment from Nokia who has sold me a defective set and request immediate replacement of the same . I am hopeful Nokia would not evade its responsibility and obligation to its customer and take action without delay
