I have taken a prepaid broad band connection through Tata Indicom in May2007. The account is valid till 15/11/2007 after which same can be renewed on monthly basis. Connection is not working since last 20 days. I had lodged a complint with Tata Indicom on 09/10/2007 (complaint no. 3803548) & following up on daily basis. Everyday i am assured that problem will be rectified by the end of day. But still not rectified.
Even i am not able to approach to higher ups as they are not providing the contacts.
May account is having lot of balance which will expire on 15/11/2007.
|Solution of your complaint||Immediate rectification of problem and suitable extension for the expiry date so as to enable me to utilize my money which is balance in my account. |
|Action||I would file a case against Tata Indicom in Consumer Forum for not providing the services as commited while providing the connection. |
