hello sir / madam
actually the airtel has activated any type of hello tune or caller tune and deduct our balance. and they said that we are subscribed for it... but in reality we are not sent request to them..
on dated 22 oct. 2007 nearly after 12 . the airtel had deduct my pre paid talktime of Rs.21 for hello tune. but i was not subscribe for it .. (before dedution balanceRs. 32.35 and after ded. Rs.11.35 )
Please give me back my talktime .. and please next time not activate any this type of service.. and please not send this type of msg. or call ....
and one more thing ..
the airtel customer care service not help us .. when we call, they tell us to corraspond by msg... but we want quick response which is possible only through on line talk....
please reply and do action as soon as possible..
