Tataindicom Mobile No. 9250687443 has recently been purchased by us. But this No. is not working in Shivaji Nagar, Gurgaon while it works in R.K. Puram, New Delhi, the place we purchased it from. From Shivaji Nagar, Gurgaon we can neither receive calls nor can we make calls from the this mobile. If by chance some call connects, our voice is not audible to the other party.I talked to customer service on 25-9-2009 who assured me that by 9.00A.M on 26-9-2007 the problem will be sorted out. But it has not happened so.

I sent an e-mail to the nodal officer on 26th September, 4th October, and 9th October, 2007. I have not received any response so far.

I again lodged a complaint on No.9210012850 on 25th or 26th September, 2007. The reference No. PTC 072139552 was given and we were advised to wait till 4-10-2007. But nothing has happened. Rather customer service people are advising me to take my phone to a high coverage area.


Solution of your complaintRefund of the amout spent by me (my wife) on purchase of above phone. The co. should clearly tell the customers or advertise the areas where proper signals of their service are not there. 
ActionMay be, file a complaint with consumer court.
