Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Satish Avinash Deshpande, staying at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400701, Maharashtra. Mobile 09323742192, Having serious issue with Ratan Motors, One Major Dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd, chembur, Mumbai.
On 16/10/2007 I have visited Ratan Motors and seen some maruti pre owned cars, then after discussion with Shivaji Gaikwad, Sales Manager of Ratan Motor, I have finalized one car ZEN LXI, Vehicle No MH 03 AF 1904. on 17/10/2006 and went to my office after wards Mr Uttam one of employee of Ratan Motors had called me and told “when your giving token money’’ at that time I was away from dealers shop and replied to Uttam : I will give you token money tomorrow, but he told me please give this because you are getting good vehicle of maruti.
Then we have finalized the price of vehicle at Rs 290000/ and handed over the below mentioned cheque to Vinayak, employee of Ratan and taken signature on zerox copy, that he has received cheque of Rs9000/. as token on 17/10/2007 (Cheque No.533938, ICCI bank, Hyderabad.) and asked for receipt, he told me you will get receipt tomorrow, as this computer generated slip I will put your Cheque No then I will issue you, I said fine.
When I gone there to collect my receipt, I came to know that this car was already sold to some one who is very much close of owner.
I met to GM, he told he can not do any thing then I met owner he also replied arrogantly where is your receipt; I have sold this car on 18/10/2007.

How he can sell this car on 18/10/2007, when he has taken token money from me on 17/10/2007

Please help me this issue because I know maruti from my childhood and your mission is

But No where I have found Creating Customer Delight.

Please look in to this matter urgently otherwise he will sale my already booked vehicle to his dear one and clear the matter.
