DEAR FRIENDS (ALL CUSTOMERS-planning to buy a bike)

I M TELLING THE TRUTH AS I M ALSO A CUSTOMER ****DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE BIKE OF BAJAJ AUTO LTD.**** otherwise and ultimately u will have to go to their bl.....dy servise stations.

"they will make u confuse, misguide u, and charge for those problems which does not exists in ur bike at all, as they authorise service people- and u will not find any one there who can punish them and refund ur money which u spent unecessarily"

i would like to share some real incidents first:-

INCIDENT 1#.

I bought my bike on 5th Sep ’05, from Dewaan Bajaj- LAJPAT NAGAR-New Delhi, while coming to my home(Faridabad, Ballabgarh) its speedo-meter stop working, next day I called to the showroom people, they suggest me to go their Authorized Service Station-Okhla.

I went there after 2-3days and explained the whole story, they said “this item is of wear & tear nature and this is not under warranty you’ll have to pay for it”

And they charged me, don’t remember the amount.
When a blind and a fool man can very well understand how much I used the bike while coming from showroom to my home(faridabad, Ballabhgarh).

INCIDENT 2#.

Approx 4-6 months later, my bike started shaken while running, Again I complained in their Authorized Service Station, their Authorized person concluded that the bikes alignment is out, I ASKED FOR THE WARRANTY ,they said “this is not under warranty” and the same is chargeable for Rs.200(for single tire or both don’t remember).
After that I went to a local mechanic who charged me Rs. 90/ for the alignment of both the tires, But the problem was still as it was before the alignment.
Again I went to their Authorized Service Station, no-body was there to listen me, then I complained in their Regional Office Naraina, and PUNE Head Office, and spent approx Rs.150-200 on phone calls.
Approx. after 1-month the Naraina People said “go to the Authorized Service Station and speak to them, they will listen now”
And I went to their Authorized Service Station, they said “we are really very sorry for the in-convenience” then one Engineer (named Mukesh) checked my bike properly and said “this is not the problem of alignment” and he took just 2-seconds to tightened its centre nut of handle, and my bike got perfectly all right.

****But no-body was there, who can punish them for mis-guiding customers, and charging them for those problems which doesn’t exists.*****

I spent Rs.90/ out side just to save the difference of (Rs200-Rs90) Rs.110/. when there was no need to spend a single penny atleast on alignment.

INCIDENT 3#.


On 21st Dec ’06, their service Authorized Service Station,changed the cluch plates at 25871 kms, I ASKED FOR THE WARRANTY ,they said “this is not under warranty”, and I paid Rs 1971/ .
After that on 10th April’06 again I went to their Authorized Service Station, for the another problem (as the Gear paddle wasn’t working properly), then the same incident took place again, they changed its clutch plates again and engine oil and charged me for Rs. 1400/ as they told me earlier “this is not under warranty”, After that the problem was still the same as it was before, I explained the whole incident to Mr. NARAIN who was supervisor at that time, He confessed sorry and again the same Engineer (named Mukesh) checked my bike and took 10-15 minutes and repaired it externally, after that the Gear-paddle perfectly all right.

But no-body was there, who can punish them for mis-guiding customers and charging them for those problems which doesn’t exists.

They fucked me for Rs 1400/ , when there was no relation of that Gear Paddle problem and its clutch plates, Mr. Narain & That Engingeer (Confessed), when they could have refunded me also!

OTHERS=Clutch-plates labor Rs100-Rs120 /BAJAJ AUTH.SER SATAION=Rs.475/ (12.24% taxes extra)

OTHERS=Chain spocket labor: Rs 50-Rs70 /BAJAJ AUTH.SER STATION=Rs.150/ approx

OTHERS=Disc pad fitting charges: Rs.20-25 /BAJAJ AUTH SER STATION =Rs.55

-I asked them to give me warranty for the Timing –chain, But they said this is not under warranty and charged me for the same,

-I asked them to give me warranty for the clutch plates they said this is not under warranty,

-I asked them to give me warranty for the brake shoe, they said this is not under warranty,

-I asked them to give me warranty for the speedometer cable they said this is not under warranty,

- I asked them to give me warranty for the head lamp,they said this is not under warranty,

-I asked them to give me warranty for the Battery ,they said this is not under warranty,

-I asked them to give me warranty for the Disc-pad ,they said this is not under warranty.

-I asked them to give me warranty for the Disc Brake Oil they said this is not under warranty,

-I asked them to give me warranty for the alignment problem
they said this I is not under warranty.

-i ask them to give me warranty for the clutch cable they said this is not under warranty.


Finally, After 32000+kms & 1.5 yrs fucked by their Authorized Service Station, I decided not to fucked any more by this bl__dy Authorized Service Station, I service my bike some where outside.

Now my bike completed its 2-yrs and 44000 kms and it started giving smoke I went to their Authorized Service Station who fucked me almost 2 yrs, to avail my 5 yrs or unlimited kms of warranty.

This was first time they said “this problem is under warranty but now your warranty is lapsed due to servicing outside, now this is too chargeable”.

THIS IS THE WAY HOW Their Authorized Service Station FUCKING THE GEUINE-CUSTOMER, By saying don’t go outside for service if you would go outside for service your warranty will get void.


 

Solution of your complaintseal that bl...dy service station they are just making money bye misguiding customers, and charging them for the problems which are not exists in their bikes. or give someone else the authority to operate that service station. The people who are repairing bikes there are not engineers They Are just Road Side "mistry" machenics "sadak chhap mistry" 
Actionif i can fucked by their service station approximately 2 yrs and spent lots of money for the problems which were not existing. Now i would like to fuck my self for Rs.500 more just TO print this above story on 1,00,000 papers ( i have took an idea from printer) and would like to distribute infront of bajaj ShowRooms like:- DEEWAN BAJAJ, Lajpat Nagar. just to aware all my friends not to buy bajaj bikes. AS I M A CUSTOMER ALL THE OTHER CUTOMERS ARE MY FRIENDS i dont want them to suffer like me.
