The battery of SAMSUNG X700 mobile drains very fast. This was reported to the seller and they suggested to approach the authorised service center and change the battery, I bought a new battery from Krish Electronics (SAMSUNG authorised service center in Thane) on 20-09-2007. Still the problem persisted.It became apparent that the fault is with the mobile phone unit.
As suggested by the service center personel, mobile was given to them for repairs on 22-09-07.
On 5-10-2007 mobile was returned saying that it is rectifyed. In fact no repairs had been carried out and the problem had becom more serious. Again they took the mobile on 8-10-2007 for further repairs. I was informed on 19-10-07 that the mobile is ready and can be collected. I did so and found the mobile in the same condition as I gave them with out any repairs being carried out.
On 20-10-07, the service center has again taken the mobile for repairs. I do not know when my problem will be solved, if at all solved.
Since the fault was within the warranty period, are they not supposed to give a better service to the customer?
