Maruti had delivered me a faulty vehicle. It gets neutral automatically while passing over rough surface. After complaining about this the required parts are not avalible with the dealer. he might have tried some mal adjustments or the vehicle may be the really bad. multiple problems arisefd.. Most probably maruti had given me a second quality or second hand vehicle.
My several compllaints to Chairman SUZUKI Motors Japan,Chairman Maruti Udyog Ltd New Delhi,and related officers Directors, Custemor service Centers were not attended.till date.
|Solution of your complaint||Maruti should give me a new first quality vehicle with compensation
Or charge me for the second quality vehicle and refund me the remaining ammount with Interest..
