Phone - Nokia 2670 bought in Aug 2007
This is a flip phone.
I had the phone in my pocket. I had an alarm set. I stopped the Alarm. The phone was fine till then so I kept it back in my pocket. The next time I took it out there was a black spot at the bottom of the display and I asked my friend he said the LCD is broken. I was SHOCKED!! Without me even touching the phone the LCD was broken. This shows what kind of phones are they are making. Currently I have given the phone of checking in the Care Center at above address but I have decided not to pay for it as they say they will charge me Rs 2100 for the LCD which is half of the cost I paid in August.
|Solution of your complaint||The company should replace the LCD free of charge and add some instruction in the manual to be careful. |
