I am writing to you regarding my landline number 011 41584450. I have
subscribed for a scheme which entitles me to 30% discount on monthly
payment of Rs. 25.00 which has been continuing from the date I subscribed.
However, in my last bill, a discrepency regarding the discount on ISD
charges was noticed. The matter was eported to the customer care
immediately. Since then I have been following up the matter regularly at
the cost of my valuable time and energy. Finally I was informed by Ms.
Kiran that I could pay the bill after deducting Rs. 500.00. The reference
no for the information is 1693156. The payment was made on 6th October as
advised. However, my problem did not end there. I continued to receive
calls regarding non-payment despite my giving detilas of the same. To my
dismay, the line was disconnected on 19th October for non-payment. Finally
I spoke to Ms. Garima, the supervisor. I was informed by her that the
deduction of Rs. 500.00 was yet to be approved therefore the line was
disconnected. I had to narrate the whole histry of my SAD plight to her and
she kindly agreed to restore the line. She also assured me that she would
personally look into the matter of the waiver of 500.00 and revert back to
me the same day by evening. The reference for the conversation is 1960382.
Today is 21st and there is still no response. Just to
bring to your notice, I am having similar harassing experience with my
Airtel mobile no. 9810402030. Airtel has hired inexperienced,
uneducated people as customer care executives who neither have right
information, nor bother to follow their commitments, and worst of all they
are discourteous. I am once again putting on record that the scheme was never discontinued from my end . If you will take the trouble of checking my previous bills you will
notice that Rs. 25.00 have been regularly levied and paid.
|Solution of your complaint||Now I am writing to you hoping to get a some action and response. I demand a written approval of the rs.500.00 waiver on account of discount on ISD charges. In fact, if Airtel is half as consumer friendly as you boast, I should be offered a complete waiver of my last bill for the trouble, harrasment and agony that I have had to suffer for being an airtel costomer. Aitel should also appoint an ombudsman. |
