i had a confirmed booking from mumbai to dubai on the 24th of october 2007 via cathy pacific airlines for their flight no cx751.( SEAT NO 59J) my request for strict vegetarian meal which is in the category of a jain meal was confirmed by mail from the airlines .the same was given to me as strict veg meal on the flight.
to my horror and disgust while eating the meal i found nonvegetarian curry in the meal .
this was shown and the chief airhostess M/S Kay acknowledged the same and i have a signed copy of the complaint.
i want to register this complaint in legal forum and claim damages from the airlines for having hurt my religious sentiments.
