I have purchased a SIM card of vodafone postpaid as on 18th September from Instant services which is a dsa of vodafone company. But Still i have not get my new sim. And incidentally i got a bill without actually being using the services of the whole month.
I cant understand that without using the sim why i pay the bill. I have already called to customer care but I got negative response regarding the problem, even thogh i have the complain no. for this problem.
And now they are calling me for payment of bill.
