I bought a cell for Rs 17,000, from the very start there have been some issue with the cell. In Aug 2007 it used to be swiched off automatically time to time. So I complained for the same in Nokia Service center, Marthhalli, Bangalore. They charged Rs.112 as their hadling charge by the time of cell submission itself. I called them so many times for getting it fixed and they finally returned it back after 15 days. They had severlly damaged the cell and it was not even in working condition. They had stollen the memory card worth Rs.2500 and were not ready to take any action. As a futher step, I wrote a complaint in their feedback register and made a complaint to Nokia customer care as well. They have really frustated me with their services and attitude. Now nobody is ready to listen me as a customer.
Solution of your complaint
The cell should be fixed and the memory card must be returned.
I will sue them through Consumer forum and would look forward for your suggestions.
