I purchased a Kenstar microwave model 20ACF serial number V20AJ00939 on 12/12/06 from Big Bazar Kaushambi. On 1/3/07 after attending to a service call the magnetron was replaced by the Ghaziabad service center. The original Toshiba magnetron was replaced by Gallanz. Once again the microwave began giving trouble in the month of september. Two times the fuse was replaced but the microwave did not work after starting both the times. Finally on 19/10/07, the magnetron was again replaced by the Ghaziabad service center. It worked for a couple of days and is again not working.
My query is that should not a microwave whose magnetron, one of the most important components, has been replaced twice within the waranty yaer not be replaced? If not I demand an explanation fot it as a consumer who is thouroughly fed up of this aplpiance of this company. Right in the beginning when the magnetron was replaced for the first time in March, I had requested the ghaziabad center for the repalcement. I do not know about the policy but I would be thouroughly obliged if you would replace the device or else take your microwave and just issue me a receipt for the same. As a consumer I am a thouroughly unsatisfied and troubled buyer of my first purchase of a Kenstar product
