My IFB oven is out of order for the past two months & I have been calling your local service centre for the past two months and every day they assure of sending some one to look into the issue.
Since the oven is over heating abnormally, we are unable to use the same.
We are not looking for warranty also, we just want to get it working…but my experience with your team is making me think of scraping this machine and buying another one….since there is no hope for getting it repaired.
I bought this from your authorized sales agents (QRS, Kottayam, BJ outlet) and they were trying to help me since a week….but offcourse who cares???
Even if we were calling IFB since two months, our complaint was registered only on 15th of this month and now its two weeks ….and no response. I have been to the sales outlet three times in a weeks time but they too are not able to do anything to sort this out.
Please advise what I should do with this OVEN?? Burn it ???
