DEAR SIR,
I am so far using the postpaid service of your account and my mobile number is 9880001204. i was using the mobile service because i did not have a landline now i have got the landline conncetion and i no longer need the simcard. so kindly disconnect my mobile service and adjust the deposit amount towards the bill which is unpaid. i am not able to come and surrender the simcard as i am staying out of station nowadays. kindly do the needful at the earliest.
