I requested the Airtel people to mdisconnect my number in the month of September 07. I made full and final payment till date except Rs 50 for which I was assured that a waiver would be posted for that. I had a valid reason for disconnection as my family was moving out of Punjab. Despite of the assurance by the airtel people sitting in the abovesaid showroom, that my number is disconnected, and since then I have not made any call from that number, I am still receiving bills for the rental amount . Last bill was received in the month of November 07 i.e after 2 months of my request of disconnection. I have been visiting Airtel office several times & now been told that I have to pay the outstanding bill amount which I strongly refused. That staff suggested me not to pay any bill & ignore the Legal notices & go on as it is. Regards Nitika Khanna 01752305095
