This is to inform you that after a period of more than 8 months, from the date of purchase I am facing problem with my Palio 1.2 nv ELX. The very first problem the door light, which I figured on the very first day. Second was the missing problem. The third was the car running very tight and also use to get drag towards the right side while driving.
All these problems and with some other mirror problems I reported with to the Sanya Motors on my first service. I received my car after around more than 9 hours, but nothing was taken care off and on top of that without even asking me I was charged for Rs. 200 to clean up the break paddle. The worst service center, the attitude of the people there and no knowledge whatís the problem and how to resolve.
After my first service I went to US for 3 months. When I came back my car was due for second service. This time I took my car to HIM Motors. There only I came to know that the right hand front tyre is totally finished from the inside at that time the car was hardly done 3478km. I was forced to pay the alignment charges and there I came to know that the alignment was totally out. It was -14.98 where is should be +0 to +2.00.
I that point of time I started facing another kind of the strange problem that the car engine use to get switched off while driving which would put my life in risk as the break gets failed and the sterring gets very tight. I was also facing the missing problem which was not resolved in my first service. I informed for both the problem to HIM Motors.
They also returned my car 9 hours, without applying polish on the body and tyre, also did a lot of damage to my seat covers as they didnít applied any cover to it. The driver and the next driver seat I received with black spot on it which I cleaned when I got my car back . The car did well for some days and again has started giving me the same uncertain engine switch off problem while driving, which is a risk for my life.
Had suffered a loss for both the front tyres, still facing a life risk while driving as engine switch off problem continues , wasted so much on petrol as nobody checked the car properly the alignment was out, still my expensive accessories are at risk as the front door switch are not working since beginning because of that AUTO COP which I got installed before the delievery of my car is not able to work properly.
May I know have I taken this car for my comforts or have I purchased a Tension for my self. Wasnít the car was checked before delievery. As the problem mentioned above are the major once, there are so many other problems also.
This is my last attempt to tell you in what situation I am in and you have to help me, if I donít get help than Iíll be forced to drag this matter to the consumer court and some TV channels which are helping customers are they are much faster to approach, with less cost and give immediate returns.
Waiting for a timely response as I gave you enough time. Would wait for a weeks time to see any action from your end if not then WILL go other way round to get it resolved as I paid the money for a new car not for the defective car.
I purchased by car from A1 Motors, I informed them too about this but no response them too. I thought TATA gives the best service but now my thinking is the service center open by tata are only for drivers of tata sumo and 407 truck. Sorry to say but this is what I feel.

Solution of your complaintWhat I think, nothing is gonna happen. In these couple of months, I have seen how active they are.
