reg. billing, not getting printed copies for three months (98402 39886 & 98408 23476 )

Numerous calls were made to customer care department re. non-receipt of Printed copies of the bills for Nos. 98402 39886 & 98408 23476 which are under "corporate" category and it is in the name of "Janani " of Cognizant Technologies. We had made several complaints through your customer care dept. but the result is zero, in spite of assurance from your side. The change in billing address was also incorporated in your system, but it is of no avail. This time also the complaint is made to customer care and the complaint no. given is 6628412. Every time, you remind us to pay the bill through SMS, but the same speed does not work out for bill despatch. I dont understand the reason for not sending the printed copy of detailed billing. We are sorry to say that your company is sleeping over the matter and probably the complaint was swept under the carpet. Every time, we forced to pay the bill based on the oral billing amount which I feel, is also on the higher side. There is no way of checking the bill. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and despatch printed copies without any reminder. I also hope that you will not force us to switch our loyalty to other service providers.
