Dear Sir, Iím using Airtel mobile number 9815300789. the 1st problem is that I have activated Airtel miss call alert facility where by am suppose to get a message of details of call which i missed due to some reason for which I have to pay Rs. 15/- but for last 5-6 months am not getting any message but i have to pay Rs. 15/-. the second example of how Airtel harassed me is, on 23rd October 07 I had to go to new Delhi and without any intimation my roaming was de activated and I had to face many hardships and it also effected my reputation because people calling me thought I had not paid the bill and thus my mobile was not functioning. I also lost some clients. on 25th October when I came back and enquired about it, the customer care lady admitted the fault and informed that the roaming had been activated again, I also got a long mail from Airtel confirming the same. Again 0n 1st November 07 I had to go to Delhi and again my roaming was stopped/deactivated without any information. I have suffered a lot. Airtel has caused loss to my profession/reputation and caused me a lot of trouble. Airtel made me feel strangled.
