Since we bought our 2002 toyota prius we have had the car serviced andmaintained at Jon Lancaster Toyota .In october we took it in for check engine lightcame on .About on month earlier we had regular service on the car. Well the service person came and got us to show us the air intake filter,air codistioner filter both where pluged with dirt and grit.Also they had rotated the tires now they show us a spot on the tire that had seperated treads. why should I pay for new filters .when they where marked off less than one month early as clean and good shape 

Solution of your complaintLets get service people in there that care for the customers ,like they where when we bought the car 
ActionA discount would be nice and a Im sorry from Jon Lancaster would be nice since we made a complaint at the time and still no word.
