after purchase magnetrone has been changed twice. many times repaired but of no use. this time unit was taken to the workshop on 3.11.07 and returned today after repeated reminders. the details of repair has not been conveyed to me. since it is in the guarantee period service centre is attending to the complaint,though reluctantly.
i want to talk to any person from the company. most of the service centre is run on contract basis and they hardly care for companys reputation.
