I HARISH CHANDER AHUJA R/O 80/29A,MALVIYA NAGAR NEW DELHI,HEREBY COMPLAIN FOR A PERSONNELL OF MARUTI ie EMPLOYEE AND BODY SHOP ADVISOR Mr D.S CHAUHAN,
THIS PERSON WHO IS A EMPLOYEE OF MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD,18,OKHLA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE(BEHIND MODI MILL)NEW DELHI 20.THREATEND ME THAT I CANT TAKE MY OWN VEHICLE AWAY SINCE HE WANTED TO PURCHASE MY VEHICLE. AS THE VEHICLE WAS DECLARED A CASH LOSS/TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE BY THE INSURANCE CO.THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN ALREADY SOLD TO A BONEFIED BUYER PROVIDED BY THE INSURANCE CO.,AND THE PAYMENTS REGARDING THE VEHICLE WERE ALREADY RECIEVED BY ME, SO I PERSUADED THAT SUCH MALPRACTICE CANT BE DONE AS THE DEAL HAD BEEN FINALISED WITH THE BUYER PROVIDED BY THE INSURANCE CO.HE GOT SO FURIATED THAT HE THREATENED ME BY SAYING YOU CANT TAKE AWAY THE VEHICLE WITHOUT MY COSENT.THEN ALSO HE IN COGINIANCE WITH A FELLOW SUPERVISOR MR GAUTAM,THREATENED THAT THE VEHICLE HAS TO BE SOLD TO Mr D.S.CHAUHAN ELSE ONE HAS TO FACE DIRE CONSEQUENCES.THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED ONLY AFTER STRONG PERSUATION TO THE DIRECTOR OF CO,BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN ON THE CONCERNED PERSON FOR HIS ALLEGED MISBEHAVIOUR AND MIS CONDUCT.THERE WAS NO DISPUTE REGARDING THE ESTIMATION OR PARKING CHARGES , WHICH COULD BE MADE A CONTEXT HEREAFTER THE COMPLAIN ON CUSTOMER PART.

A SUM OF Rs6500 IS CHARGED FOR ESTIMATION AND PARKING CHARGES WHICH WERE IMMIDIATELY PAID.I WAS TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY THIS MAN AND HAD TO FACE INSULT AND HUMILIATION IN FRONT OF ALL WORKERS AND ONLOOKERS PRESENT AT THE WORKSHOP DUE TO HIS HIGHHANDED NESS AND GOON TYPE BEHAVIOUR.IN WHICH Mr GAUTAM WAS A HELPING HAND IN FULLRESPECT.WE REEACHED THE WORKSHOP AT 1.PM AND GOT FREE FROM THERE AT 7.30 PM DUE TO ALL THIS MESS.ON 15.11.07
I WANT TO QUESTION THE AUTHORITIES CERTAIN THINGS AND HOPE THAT SOMEONE THERE HAS CONCIENCE TO ANSWER ME THAT WHAT KIND OF RECRIUTMENT IS DONE ON PART OF MARUTI UDYOG, DO GOONS HAVE A SAY IN CO LIKE MARUTI AND THAT TO IN THIS ERA OF COMPETITION.
WHAT FAULT IS OF A CONSUMER? AND DO CONSUMER DESERVES THIS SORT OF CARE FROM MARUTI THAT THEY SHIELD GOONS IN THEIR CO?
IS CUSTOMER CARE STANDARDS HAVE CHANGED?
ARE THE TOP BOSSES LOOKING AND CONCERNED?
IT NEEDS A CHANGE IN RECRUITMENT OF EMPLOYEES?
SUCH NUISANCE HAS TO BE CHECKED IN WHICH A LAY MAN HAS TO SUFFER HUMILITY AND HELPNESS DUE TO A GOON IN A CO LIKE MARKETING TIMES.
LET ME HOPE IF JUSTICE IS IMPARTED AND A LESSON IS TAUGHT TO THIS EMPLOYEE.

Solution of your complaintSUCH EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE SACKED IMMIDIATELY THEY BRING BAD NAME TO A CO LIKE MARUTI.ITS A BLOT ON NAME  
ActionI SHALL APPRAOCH HIGHER OFFICIALS CERTAINLY,AS HUMILATION FELT IS MUCH MORE MORE THAN WHAT I THINK AS A SOLUTION
