From past 12 days there is no internet. It disconnects a lot. Once disconnected it stays disconnected for a very long time. They have 24 Hrs resolution time, but mostly cross 24 Hours. They close the complains saying they are resolved, without asking customers. Customer Care people on 60607070 are irritating.
I have been researching on "why it disconnects a lot" and i have given the exact reason for disconnection to the Customer support, even then they did not solve it for 12 days !
Its just a simple cable problem (Cat5 Cat5e or Cat6 whatever), which even a non techinical guy could repair.
Complain number - 4023846 - logged on 4th November 2007 (today its 16th november 07) 

Solution of your complaintTalk to the local cable operator Rajiv Video kurla, Rajiv Video people handel it and also disconnect it for maintainence and never fix it. Tata engineers should talk to them and get a permenant solution. 
ActionI Wont pay pending bill (30 days bill). Out of which 14 days it was disconnected.
