I have a tata indicom broadband connection (unlimited 6 month plan) since July 2007. Though Tata indicom is known for its vices we eventually had to revert to them as we didnt have any other option. Actualy Airtel doesnt provide service in my area (Jayanagar 7th blk) and it takes too long to get a bsnl connection. Initially the service was pretty ok. Then it started showing up. The connection used to be down normally on weekends for around 24 hrs. Though its frustrating we somehow beared it as atleast it used to come back after that. This started happening very frequently. If you contact customer care the only thing they tell is "restart the modem". One fine day that is on Nov 1st the connection went down as usual, but never came back till date!!!! I have been giving complaints on complaints but in vain. To our horror a couple of times our complaint was closed wihtout even contacting us once. Yesterday one of their engineers told me that there is some installation work goin on and they are shifting their infrastructure etc etc.. I really feel helpless now. As a final resort i am thinking of filing a complaint in the consumer court. Hope atleast this will help!!! As a word of final advice i pleed everyone "DO NOT EVER GO FOR TATA INDICOM BROADBAND". Worst ever possible connection.

|Action||Never ever take a tat indicom connection again for life and preach others as well not to do so.. :) |
