Hi,

2 months before we did group booking for 25 people from Hyderabad and Mumbai on debit and credit card respectively. Unfortunately now we want to cancel reservation for 2 persons, so I went to Indore reservation office(21\11\2007 Token 1172) and after long wait I came to know that ticket can not be canceled from reservation office I have to go to TC office to make TDR then same I confirmed with Enquiry 131 .
We went to station and ask for TDR they said you can get it anytime but not at this time, after a small discussion they asked us to come in the morning, we went again in the morning (22/11/2007) and they said you have to go to hyderabad to cancel this.

Now tomorrow is our train, we are loosing at least RS 4,000. Please help us to save our money and others.
 

Solution of your complaintStrict actions should be taken against empluoyees who are misusing their power. Almost all major cities have facility for debit//credit cards, I dont know how indore doesnt have. Like other cities atleast they can keep sign boards with clear instructions.
