I HAVE PURCHASED ONE SAMSUNG MAKE SGX-X210 MODEL MOBILE FOR INTERNET ACCESS FROM M/S.CELLNET, BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR ON THEIR RECOMMENDATION THAT THE PRODUCT IS GOOD FOR THE PURPOSE. ON SIM ACTIVATION FROM AIRTEL
SERVICE CENTRE I FOUND THAT THE ACCESS TO INTERNET IS VERY VERY POOR (SPEED 9.6 kbsp) AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR OPENING A SITE 30-35 MINUTES, WHICH IS WASTE OF TIME.

WILL YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM 

Solution of your complaint SPEED OF INTERNET ACCESS MAY PLEASE BE INCREASED 
Action I HAVE HAD TO DISCARD THE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDED BY AIRTEL
