i went to Shri Ram Automobile purani chungi old faridabad there authorised Sub dealer cum service station for my 3rd Service of Bajaj Discover.
there i found that my 3 rd free service coupon not valid then i gave him 4th coupon. every thing is ok
there is nearly 7 ltr petol in my pertol tank which have shown to the job card maker.
later when i came to take delivery i found that my petrol tank is totally empty there is only 2 ltr petrol in my tank
then i asked to the person where is my petrol. then he replied u have only that much petrol and the job card maker did not mention the petrol quantity on job card. then its ur fault
when i again asked for petrol then misbehave with me.
|Solution of your complaint||the only solution is that either cancel the dealer ship or service licence
|Action||then deinately i am going to file a FIR against the dealer as well as bajaj compnay and take a legal action applicable in consumer right act. |
