Product/Service Description purchase one BPL Refrigerator and the product is under warranty. There is some problem in the Freezer and its dead. I have lodge a complain at your service centre one month back. They are saying that we cannot support as the required spare part is not available. We are facing the problem bícoz the customer care mishandling of the case and donít want to assist.

I purchase one BPL Refrigerator and the product is under
warranty. There is some problem in the Freezer and its dead. I have lodge a
complain at your service centre one month back. They are saying that we cannot support
as the required spare part is not available. We are facing the problem bícoz
the customer care mishandling of the case and donít want to assist. They kept us waiting saying that we have ordered the spare now they are saying we cannot repair as part is not available.

We have given advance for the repair and they are not returning the advance yet and saying its adjusted against the service charge.
