Recived phone call form airtel customer service for post paid conncetion when my valaidity of prepaid conncetion was up to 8 nov 2007 . I had applied postpaod connection with rs 199/- plan on 06/11/07 when Ashish Busa visited my office , He took Rs 600/- and took my cmc id xerox as well as pancard xerox ,he handed over me sin card no 8991923000085483705 . i had asked him about receipt of rs 600/- and his reply was application form is receipt . ( subcription enrolment form no B 106732) He promised me that your post paid conncetion will be activated within 48 hrs . after 2 days there was no responce from hiim as well from smita ( tel no 9867028039) , When i started calling him on 98675458829 his mobile was always out of service for both the numbers . on 8 nov 2007 afternoon i visited airtel relationship centre at vileparle ( e) , there also front dsek person could not answer any of my quetion /querry looking in to systems , then Ms Vrinda asked me some of the quetioned and came to conclution of some foul play because rs 250/ is charged for prepaid to post paid connection at airtel relation ship centre , but she prmised me to check / track for the person with hos mobile no , after this i had no option but recharge my cell phone with rs 200/- with 2month validity and 20 rs talk time on above that i had to recharge rs 100/- top up since i was leaving for goa
( i want mentioned that from chiplun to pednem ( on mumbai to goa raod ) i was without connectivity and conncetivity stared only in punjim city . on 20 th nov Mr Mahendra came for residential prof ( he was also not up to the mark as he had come with all detail of form filled up without my knowledege ) please check my remarks on residetial prof form
Mr Mahendra also promised me that conncetivity will be started within 48 hrs . this promise was also failed till 22/11/07 . On 21/11/07 my prepaid connection ( sim ) was also blocked and i was left with no mobile which hurt me most . then i stated calling customer service where i got all diffferant answers and no solution from atul & co . on 23/11/07 mr santash could provide me some help and register my complaint ( complaint no 14642121) gibing your head office address After few minutes of this complaint conncetivity is stared without ant information

Solution of your complaintmr ashish busa shold have given me receipt for rs 600/ - ( why he charged me rs 600/- insted of rs 250/- as per airtel relation ship centre your customer service should called and informed about blocking prepaid sim for post paid concetion or prepaid connection should be block on when post paid sim is activated informing cistomer to change the sim for connectivity  
Actionif problem was not sorted on 23 i was going to discountinue the air tel service and look for the new operator with same no
