Sir with reference to above I would like to inform you that I had purchased Akai CTV on 4.3.2004 29" SUMO from Ambica Electronics, Nizampura, Baroda. Next day I found that the picture was wavering and so I informed the dealer and agreed to replace it by new CTV.
So the next week dealer has replaced CTV having sr no. 4140104432. In this CTV also I found the same problem and informed about it and they advised to make written complaint to the Akai Service center. And the sam has been lodged. So your service center persons visited my house and they also agreed about the problem and asked to bring the tv to their service center at Alkapuri, Baroda. They tried to repair the problem and send it to my house. However the problem was still existing. I requested to your service center but due to my father"s serious illness I could not available at my house. During this peirod your service center"s persons visited my house for twice but as my father"s illness was worsening I could not approached to your service center. When I met the dealer he told me to lodge complaint on akai web.
