We have a IFB Washing Machine (Front loading type) purchased in 2000. The machine is under AMC continually. There was a complaint of water over flowing from the machine reported nearly a month back. There is no clear information on the reason for the fault and there is no effort to repair the fault.
The machine is dismantled and kept in pieces by your AMC team at my home.
This shabby service, in spite of being under AMC is unacceptable.
We are looking at taking up this in consumer forum.
