I purchased this N70 on 2 nd oct 07 , (bill no 115224 ) , EMEI no : 359381006296033 , thru orbit telecommunications teleshop chembure , within 6 months the mobile was not working for " malfuctioned IC " , i handed over the phone to the shop for repairs , managed to get it back after almost 2 months , that too with a wornout body not belonging to me , but i could not dare to send it back for meagre body having seen their leadtime . Again the phone malfunctioned in Sep07 , for FM not working , i have last handed over the phone to Phone planet chembur , Nokia care on 18th sep07 ( job sheet no : 1141 ) , and for the last almost 3 months i am continiously going there every week , but to no avail , everytime i am given a false commitment , only to be dishonoured , currently i am phone less , desparetly waiting for a replacement ( as they confirmed that my piece had been scrapped and i will get a replacement ) . i have atleast been to service centre 09 times , last time i even requested that i be handed over my phone without repair and that i will manage without the FM facility , but that too has not been honoured .
I have never seen a more worse customer support , and Buying a Nokia product is the worst mistake of my life .  

Solution of your complaintIf Nokia can sell thousands of handsets in a day , why cant it aswell attend to such unfortunate customers (like me ) atleast what they can do is give a temporary replacement to the customer whose mobile has been handed over to the gallary ( even old will do ) . I cant imagine nokia expecting us to buy a new mobile , just bcas they can keep there customers waiting for several months  
Actioni will ensure that none of my friends , family ever buy a nokia product , i am even thinking of approaching the consumer court (though i am not sure if i will be able to manage all that time )
