I had given my Vehicle for Servicing(Second Free Service) and found that the rear floor mats are missing. I was given false promises by Mr. Baji that he would send them which never happened. Also when i gave my vehicle for the First time free service they had changed my Stepney and they argue that it is that old tyre(that is changed in the Concord Service, Uppal,Hyderabad) is mine. At that point of time my vehicle had done only 5000 Kms and the tyre which they claim as mine was approximately at a stage which has run 20000 Kms. But fortunately , on the user manual there were tyre numbers written and when i cross checked all the tyre numbers only the stephney number was mismatched. Then upon bringing to their notice, they finally gave me a new tyre after following up several times.The service at Concord Service Station , Uppal, Hyderabad is too bad and i regret having bought a TATA car.I request the management people at TATA to look into these issues/concerns that the customers are facing and try to implement good service to their customers.
