I had registered for the TATA Indicom UBS Modem on 13-11-07, i paid the full amount Rs. 3050 on 14-11-07, Even after a lapse of 15 days, I am still waiting for the instrument.
Repeated calls to your office has not yielded any response ad I am actually ashamed that a reputed organisation like yours employ inefficient staff who have no concern for the customers.
I, once again request vide this complaint to kindly attend to my problem failing which I shall be left with nooption but to take up my case in the media and also the consumer court if the same does not evoke any response.
What a shame.
