I have the plan on mobile where one year validity is there. whatever value I recharge with, goes as top up, where entire value, other than the service tax & charges, adds to the talk time. There is a difference between recharge and top up. Recharge comes with validity, whereas top up only adds to the talktime on the current plan. Today I refilled my A/c as top up for Rs.200/- thru internet banking but instead of getting talk time value of Rs.185/- I got the value of Rs.47/- only.
When I contacted the customer care they say it is recharged for Rs.200/- in a plan where you get one month validity with the talktime of Rs.47. Whereas the message I got on the mobile from vodafone says that it is top up of Rs.200/- with talktime of Rs.47/-. This is simply a cheat on we customer. Please take this foreward. 

Solution of your complaintAdditional talk time value should be credited. 
ActionIf it is not resolved,I would like to take this case to the consumer court.
