Im an HR Consultant who runs a Mid Size HR Company.
We have been subscribing to Monsters Services for the past 1.5 years. I have given them Business worth Rs.3 Lacs in this short spn of time.

These are a Few of my Gripes.....
I have not received an Invoice for any of the Payments Ive made so far....
Ive been verbally ABUSED by the CR Team over Phone because they were under the IMPRESSION that I was delaying my Payments....
In truth, Monster Operates on the Post Paid Cheque Policy. They generally wring the Cheques out of you very regularly, every 2 Months afterwhich there is no FollwUp until it is time for the Next Collection.....
Some of our Cheques which had to be cancelled ( since a Cheque Bookwas lost) are still lying at the Monster Office in Hyderabad. Despite Issuing Fresh Cheques from a Different Account, Monster Continues to Present CANCELLED CHEQUES to our Bank each time.
Because of this, we have had to pay Rs.4000 as Fines to the Bank so far.
The Product has been completely USELESS.....
In my Limited Knowledge, a JobPortal could only be Effective if there is Continuous support from the Portals CR Team. Despite writing to the Monster CR Team several times for Several Enquiries, I have received SUB STANDARD Resumes & more often than not NO RESPONSE whatsoever.
There is no Coordination between the Monster Office in Bangalore & Hyderabad. Mr.Ashok Bhimanayak from the Bangalore office calls me when he wants LEADS & the Hyderabad Team calls when they need to get ABUSIVE.

Apart from these Slight Niggles, I have concrete Proof to pRove that there is noTransparency in their Pricing.....
Different Exxecutives sell the Same Package at Different Rate depending on how the CUSTOMER APPEARS.....
I bought the PRODUCT at a Higher Quote, a fact which I got to know much later.

Solution of your complaintI think the Entire Amount of 3 Lacs should be reimbursed to me. Apart from that I need Just Compensation for THE AGONY of dealing with them The CONSTANT HARASSMENT Unfair Trade Practices Giving False assurances Wrongfully EXTRACTING money  
ActionRs.10 lacs as Compensation plus a Training Deal where My Company gets to train the Entire Monster Staff in Customer Relations Management.
