I umang kapoor bought my pulsar 180 dtsi bike on 31st jan 2007 from the authorised dealer prakash auto at mulund.My bike has a serious engine problem.Even after a year of purchasing and 4 services the engine is not becoming smooth at all.The engine is very noisy and it has severe knocking problem.The day i get my bike back from service there is no problem but the next day itself i have to face the same problem all over again.Inspite of my continuous complaints to the service centre mechanics no one is ready to pay attention to my problem.I am very disappointed with your service.I would like you to take immediate actions on my complaint. 

Solution of your complaintI want to get rid of the knocking problem any how. 
ActionI would not recommend anyone to go for any of your bajaj products.If this is the way you treat your customers then its better not to have any customers at all.
