after accident ,when i want to took delivery, i was surprised to see that my toolkit, other accesories were GAYAB. dealer has replaced my stepney with FATA-PURANA tyre.they donot provide me exact calculation of depriciation charged for Rs.17100/-.so many problems were there.then i shouted they to wait for 2 days they will provide me photos of accident ,dep calculation etc but given for 10 days.i am forced to pay the amount to took vehicle from there.
with the interference of MARUTI ,in the presence of their representative they promised to pay Rs.5449/- as refund.the promise not fulfilled till date.the behaviour of contact person at the time of delivery was bad.the condition of vehicle was bad from inside.thay behaved as if accidental vehicle are LAWARIS.

appologise for the misbehave.
refund the excess charged.

|Action||though i have sent and in touch with national insurance & maruti.
i am going to sent last notice in the coming fornight.
if none of any official of MARUTI/NIC not intervened then i will go to media against the TRIO & let them know how they are befooling the people by charging more from both side i.e. from customer & insurance co.
I will send email to all wherever possible to let them aware of this thing and warn them to purchase MARUTI vehicle.
send letter to PM office,CBI to enquire that is it the habbit of dealer with the connivance of surveyor.
wrire letter to RTI/IRDA for penality on BM,NIC for not providing proper details and delay in information. |
