I had purchased MOTOSLVR3i 0n 19/04/2007 from MOTOROLA authorized dealears at Bhopal Phone Code No 35203014452483 . The phone was gifted by me to my father, after around three months he returned the phone back informing that there is some problem as sometimes the screen saver hangs or the number does not dial.



As I am based in Raipur, I gave this phone to one of the service centres Micro maintenance , where they reported there was problem in the mobile due to sweat or moisture & said that will service it & will charge Rs 200/-



I agreed but after repeated visits they did not repaired the mobile & later returned the phone after a month informing that there is a part which is not available.



After speaking to Mr Zubair ,Motorola customer care executive, I was being informed & asked to give the phone to your other service centre i.e redigton India. at raipur, after being there the service centre refused to take the phone informing that key pad connector PC is damaged.



I would request to help me out with this situation as locally the dealers have refused to rectify the problem are also not accepting that the same has happend on account of the negligence of service centre Micro maintenance.

Solution of your complaintTo replace the mobile with a new handset. 
Action1)File a case at consumer court. 2)Write articles in newspapapers informing people as to what happened so that others dont go through the same thing.
