Dear sir,
Please go through all correspondance as follows:
Dear sir,
Again i have been put in previous position, now dealer has suggested me yesterday late evening that as per their conversation with your concerned staff,i have to move to Harpreet Ford ,New Delhi for programming the vehicle with new Remote Key & for this four doors & boot box has to be unscrewed.For this I am not ready at all.Neither i am in position to waste my one or two day for visit to delhi (350 KM to & Fro from Karnal) & to spent around Rs.5000/- for getting a duplicate key.
My humble request is only that i should be issued same no. duplicate remote key as it must be in records of yours, so why specific key no.is written over it.
If it not possible, i think it was a wrong move of mine to purchase FORD(AMERICANS BRAND??????).
I will never advise any one to have this vehicle, although, i repent why i have advised two persons to have this vehicle.
Please give me concern officials mail ID.
I am going to put a mail to higher official at America if i am not properly guided till monday 14.00 P.M. .
